To start getting in the best health you ever have in your life you need a goal or result you are looking for.

1. Which in this case is to get in the best health possible, be full of vitality, juiced, energetic, lust for life and be at your most natural and optimal health. Have the body work for you not against you and lets do this in four weeks.
